“This is a fine taste of the local cuisine: bison, rattlesnake, wild boar, cactus, and plenty of traditional American favorites. Everything is made in house, not from a box. The meats are grilled (not fried) so you can appreciate the natural flavors. Local beers are good. The wine list includes some of the finest Napa labels… The people are friendly and the food is good. There is indoor seating, and outdoor seating with shade and misters.”
